Trio of Premium Bourbons: Willett, Angel's Envy and New Riff Image
Three bottles of select bourbon. These include:

  • New Riff Single Barrel: Founded in 2014 by Ken Lewis, a visionary Kentucky liquor retailer and entrepreneur, New Riff is led by a team of corporate refugees ranging from craft beer to politics and more. New Riff crafts a range of whiskeys—Bourbon, Rye, and eventually Malted Rye and a host of specialty recipes—as well as Kentucky Wild Gin.They are independently owned by one family, and that independence as well as the freedom from outside pressures and interests has allowed them to make an unforeseen declaration for quality. New Riff upholds above all else the time-honored Sour Mash Kentucky Regimen: they believe it’s a fantastic way to make whiskey, fully the equal of the traditions of the world’s great whiskeys. Enjoy this New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon crafted in Newport, Kentucky. New Riff Bourbon generally shows big and spicy flavors. This is not a light, delicate, simple whiskey - each barrel is crafted to create a robust and fulsome flavor from start to finish.

  • Willett Bourbon: In 1909, Thompson Willett became the founder and President of Willett Distillery in Bardstown, KY. Willett Distillery was erected on the family's farm, three short years after the repeal of prohibition. In 2008, Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon debuts in the signature pot still shaped bottle fashioned using the original still blueprints. For almost 120 years, Willett Bourbon has been dedicated to honoring their family's legacy and recipes. Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus.

  • Angel's Envy: In the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, Angel’s Envy was founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller, Lincoln Henderson, and his son Wes Henderson. Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. By maturing our whiskey in charred oak barrels, then transferring it to secondary finishing casks, we crafted a distinct blend of refined complexity with an inviting flavor profile. During the aging process, the 5% of spirit lost each year is known as the “Angel’s Share.” After tasting our finished whiskey, Lincoln joked that we had finally struck a better deal than the angels. And so, Angel’s Envy was born. With a Gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone. Angel's Envy bourbon is finished in port wine barrels which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it.
